Public Comment: none, 1 visitor present ADDITION TO AGENDA: Snow plowing – Clerks wages -Duel role in fire dept. – Resolution 10-16-2020, Inter logical Agreement with county APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion by Baughman and to accept, supported by View, all ayes, motion passed
VISITORS: County Commissioner: Ron Vaughn Reported on: Road millage, 1 mill – Youth day treatment center – Budget was approved, Adjustments likely coming in January – new fences installed at deer park -new management at county park. SEXTONS REPORT: CLERK OR SEXTON: Clerk reported no activity
LIBRARY REPORT: Diane Quillen, Library -no report
CLERKS REPORT: Larry Mc Nenly, Clerks office reported general work. and election taking up most of time, and again, State Police have sent out warnings to all Michigan Townships on possible trouble in up-coming November.
TREASURERS REPORT: Given by Cindy Weingartz FIRE REPORT: Rob View, Gave report, filed in office Board approved the purchase of 2 tires for tanker at a cost of no more than $1300.00 . OLD BUSINESS: Tabled issues: SAD and Addition on going, no changes.
NEW BUSINESS: Treasurer and Supervisor will post bids for Snow plowing, a stipin of $500 will be paid to clerk for upcoming Nov. election, motion made by Baughman , supported by View ,vote 5-0 motion passed. It was determined by full Board that duel employment in two neighboring township fire departments by one volunteer was not going to be acceptable by this board. Resolution 10-16-2020 was voted on with Czerniak , McNenly , Baughman and Weingartz voting yay and View voting nay , resolution passed 4-1. Board accepted Scott McLeod to fire dept.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Cindy Wiengartz, commented a start up on S.A.D. as soon as Covid emergency is lifted PAYMENT OF BILLS: Motion to pay bills by Mc Nenly, Supported by Czerniak, all ayes, motion passed
