APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion by Weingartz to approve, supported Baughman, all ayes, motion passed.

LIBRARY REPORT: Diane, Quillen gave Report
CLERKS REPORT: Larry Mc Nenly, General daily work, AB ballots and November Election taking up most of work. Clerks office working on new Transfer-site Contractor. Bid from Republic waste services submitted bid and clerk went over it with Board.
TREASURERS REPORT: Cindy Weingartz, Gave report. FIRE REPORT: Fire Chief, no report given. note on file with the Clerk.
NEW BUSINESS: Resolution 2020-1A to allow Republic to be twp waste contractor was approved 4-0 with Baughman making the motion and Weingartz to support– Baughman -Mcnenly -Czerniak -and Weingartz voting yes. no nays. Resolution 2020-1B to increase trash from $1 to $2 a bag with transfer agent to have flexibility on other amounts of waste was approved 4-0 with Weingartz making the motion and Baughman in support, Czerniak- McNenly- Baughman-and Weingartz voting yes, no nays
PUBLIC COMMENT: Weingartz commented the locks on the sign out front have to be replaced. She will see to it.
PAYMENT OF BILLS: Motion to pay the Bills by Baughman supported by McNenly all ayes, motion passed.
Adjournment: Motion to adjourn Baughman, supported by Weingartz all ayes, motion passed, meeting was adjourned at 7:50pm
