APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion by Baughman supported by Weingartz to approve , Motion passed
Visitors – Roger Mayhew , county Commissioner, reported rent is going to be raised at the County annex building
LIBRARY REPORT, Diane Quillen: gave report
CLERKS REPORT: Audit by CPA and Liberty Mutual on going . Work on Election in August is over , now November Election is being worked on
SEXTONS REPORT: Two Cremations this month :Lyle D McGregor and Micheal P Scott
TREASURERS REPORT : Cindy Weingartz Gave report
Fire Department Report, Chief Finley gave report, on file in Clerks office
OLD BUSINESS: None
New Business -3 Tree removal bids were opened : B&B Service for $6300, Low Price Service for $4650 and Reinhardt for $3800, A motion was put forth by Tom Czerniak to accept Rein harts bid of $3800 to do the job supported by Baughman , by roll call vote . Czerniak -YES, Weingartz-YES, McNenly-YES. Baughman-YES. The motion passed
