CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Call to order at 7:30 PM
ROLL CALL: TOM CZERNIAK.. LARRY MCNENLY,. CINDY WEINGARTZ ,DICK GULVAS- Absent JAY BAUGHMAN

PUBLIC COMMENT: Charles Wiltse commented on up coming millage for Ogemaw public Transit
ADDITION TO AGENDA: None
AGENDA: Approval for Leslie McNenly to assist Clerk with August and November A,V, & Applications at $10.50 an hour

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion by Baughman supported by Weingartz to approve , Motion passed
Visitors – Charles Wiltse gave commissioners report , 1.5 million in counties Fund Balance, with more cuts to Budget being looked at . 7 guest were present
LIBRARY REPORT, Diane Quillen: No report
CLERKS REPORT: Audit by CPA and Liberty Mutual on going . Work on Election in August
SEXTONS REPORT: No activity
TREASURERS REPORT : Cindy Weingartz Gave report
Fire Department Report, Chief Finley gave report, on file in Clerks office
OLD BUSINESS: None
New Business A vote on Leslie McNenly to assist Clerk, Motioned by Czerniak supported by Weingartz , Motion passed 4-0.Tom Czerniak brought up that 7 trees in Cemetery have to be removed, The board will put in the next two issues of Ogemaw Herald for bids to be opened September 15 at 7 PM 2026
