APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion to accept by Baughman supported by Gulvas all ayes, after correction of give to given was made motion passed

CLERKS REPORT: Tax information given to accountants for 2023 and most of Clerks time devoted to upcoming February Primary
SEXTONS REPORT: No activity
TREASURERS REPORT, Tom Czerniak Gave report
Fire Department Report, Chief Finley gave report, on file in Clerks office
OLD BUSINESS: None
New Business; No action on Generator till after 2024 Budget is done. Czerniak will look into a security system
