Agenda : Par Plan Details by Paul Olson. Resolution 2023-12-19A, Meeting Dates to be approved
Additions to Agenda : 2025-2028 millage language for Fire Department , Fire Protection as well as Fire Equipment to be approve for upcoming elections in 2024
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion made by Baughman to accept Novembers Minutes, suuported by Gulvas , Minutes were approved , 5 yays , no nays
VISITORS: County Commissioner : Gave report on upcoming C.O.O.R millage’ there were 8 visitors in attendance

Clerks Report: Daily work,Township received ballot drop box , soon to be installed, Clerks office is gearing up for 2024 elections and collecting all info to turn over to Accountants fo end of year 941 s 1099s and W-2 s

OLD BUSINESS: Grants.
New Business : Resolution 2023-12-19A, Meeting Dated for 2024 to be voted on , Motion made byBaughman to accept ,supported by Gulvas , Roll Call Vote as such ,McNenly -Gulvas-Czerniak-Wiengartz-Baughman all Yays , 0- nays , motion passed. Baughman made motion to accept langauge for ballot proposal langauge for 2025-2028 FP and FE ,to be sumitted twice , if needed with gulvas support , Board members voted 5 yays ,0 nays motion passed
