REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Call to order at 7:30 pm
ROLL CALL: Members Present: Supervisor- Tom Czerniak, Clerk- Larry Mcnenly, Trustee- Dick Gulvas -Absent, Treasurer- Cindy Weingartz, Trustee Jay Baughman
ADDITIONS TO AGENDA: Snow plow bids to be read and voted on for 2023-2024 season. Fire Department purchase and placement in hall for training puposes
MINUTES APPROVED: MOTION by Baughman, supported by Weingartz to accept the minutes of the September meeting as presented. All Ayes: MOTION PASSED 4/0.
VISITORS: None
Library Report: Diane Quillen gave report
Sextons Report: 1 Burial . 1 Creation, 2 foundations and 4 Lots sold in Cemetary
Clerks Report: Daily Work, Accidend Fund finished audit ,re-billedTownship, Dumping of branches at Cemetary,
TREASURER’S REPORT: Weingartz gave report
Fire Department Report: Chief Finley gave report. Report on file in Clerks office

OLD BUSINESS: Salvage Yard Progress
NEW BUSINESS: Bids on 2023-2024 Township snow plowing went to Walter Gottee as low bid,. Mcnenly made motion Baughman supported all ayes ,motion passed 4-0. Motion to allow Fire Department to purchase 70” TV and pl;ace it in hall was made by Mcnenly and supported by Wiengartz. All ayes motion passed 4-0
PAYMENT OF BILLS: MOTION by Baughman, supported by Weingartz, all ayes, motion passed
