Roll Call, Clerk: Tom Czerniak – Cindy Weingartz –Dick Gulvas – Jay Baughman, – Larry Mc Nenly.
Public Comment: 7 visitors present. No comment
ADDITION TO AGENDA: Memorial dates to be be set. Grass bids.
VISITORS: County Commissioner: Ron Vaughn, no appointments to Zoning board, Refinancing of correctional facility, board approved mini home resolution. ARPA funds to purchase 4 vehicles
Approval of last months minutes: Baughman made motion Gulvas supported, Minutes approved SEXTONS REPORT: CLERK OR SEXTON: none
CLERKS REPORT: Larry Mc Nenly, Quarterlies and UIA done. Acc. Testing to be done. Hours for mandatory pre vote weekend posted on Hall door. Cemetery clean- up under way and flags to be set when received. Clean Up dates set for May 2829-30-31 till full or for 10 days.
TREASURERS REPORT: Cindy Weingartz gave report. Fire REPORT: Filed with reports in Clerks office NEW BUSINESS: Motion to remove S.A.D. from old business by Czerniak , supported by Baughman, Motion passed 5 yay , 0 nay. Lawn mowing bid to pay for spring clean-up and mowing of cemetery thru end of2022 by contract of Paul Grabstanowicz. Motion made by Baughman , supported by McNenly, Ayes – 5 nays -0, McNenly, Czerniak,Weingartz,Gulvas, , Baughman all voting yay . Memorial clean-up dates June 3 thru 17 at given hours Fire Dept. will cut Hall,T.C.. transfer site.
PAYMENT OF BILLS: Motion by McNenly, Gulvas second, all Ayes motion passed 5-0
