Goodar Township Meeting April 20, 2021 Minutes 7:30 pm
PLEDGE of Allegiance: Supervisor
Roll Call, Clerk: Tom Czerniak – Cindy Weingartz    – Rob View,  – Jay Baughman – Larry Mc Nenly .

Public Comment:  Lupton Fire Chief, Wally Scott Reported upgrades to Fire Dept. and are now using 800 pagers. 7 visitors present.

AGENDA:  Lawn mow bids, clean up days, flags at cemetery for memorial day, bldg collapse in Twp, What to do.

ADDITION TO AGENDA:  Operation 360 Resolution to be presented by Fire Chief Rob View

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion by Cindy Weingartz supported by Jay Baughman all ayes, motion passed

VISITORS: County Commissioner, Ron Vaughn, gave report on animal control, emergency management, Law enforcement Zoning and American rescue plan, Goodar Twp share is $37,916

SEXTONS REPORT: CLERK OR SEXTON, no activity

LIBRARY REPORT: Diane, Quillen gave Report

CLERKS REPORT: Larry Mc Nenly,  Quarterlies done, made calls on Bldg. collapse, Fire files moved to Fire dept. working on Memorial day Cemetery issues, Pontom update completed for second time

TREASURERS REPORT: Given by Cindy Weingartz

Fire Report: given by Rob View, On fileNEW BUSINESS: Lawn Bid by Paul Grabstanowicz was accepted, motion made by Weingartz, supported by Mcnenly ayes Czerniak, Weingartz, Mcnenly, Nays Baughman and View, motion passed 3-2 Resolution 2021-04-20-A was passed Motion made by Mcnenly, supported by Baughman, vote as follows Mcnenly, Czerniak, Weingartz, Baughman, View vote Aye, no Nays

PUBLIC COMMENT:  Chuck Snabes inquired about Brining of Twp roads and was told because of Twp renewal being turned down their would be none this year

PAYMENT OF BILLS:  Motion By Mcnenly, supported by by Baughman to pay bills, all ayes motion passed
