Public Comment: None. Two visitors were present
ADDITION TO AGENDA: Paul Olsen of Par Plan To speak. 2020 B.O.R. dates set. Resolutions 2019-12-17 A-B&C to be voted on. Brian Schick to be removed from agenda .
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion by Wiengartz to approve, supported by Baughman, all ayes, motion passed.
VISITORS: County Commissioner, Ron Vaughn reported on new snow mobile purchase, a $20,000 grant for-ATV and a $38,000 grant for radios. county voted to hire a temporary county administrator. Parks and Recreation received a $85,000 grant for secret park. Budget still not balanced. Paul Olsen was a no show.

Motion by Jay Baughman to allow Fire Chief to spend up to $1,000 for computer and printer , supported by Czerniak , passed 3/0 OLD BUSINESS: S.A.D. ongoing along with Bldg ( fire dept.) upgrade
