AGENDA: Discussion on upcoming mowing and plowing bids
ADDITION TO AGENDA: Clerk will submit Dec. 16 2016 Minutes for additional signatures on credit card
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion by Baughman to approve, supported by Czerniak, all ayes, motion passed.
VISITORS: County Commissioner, not present
SEXTONS REPORT: CLERK OR SEXTON, Two new burials and 1 foundation and 2 cremations for twp cemetery. Clerk reported $190 in donations for fire dept.
LIBRARY REPORT: Diane Quillen, Gave Report
CLERKS REPORT: Larry Mc Nenly, Reported that Goodar Twp. Attended the monthly MTA meeting on Thursday July 9, at Cummings Twp. Hall. Consumers Power Representative gave a report on upcoming status. At issue was the fact , Kirkland college is moving out of Roscommon Co. to Grayling.
TREASURERS REPORT: Tom Czerniak, Gave report. FIRE REPORT: Assistant Medical Chief, Paul Grabstanowicz , gave Fire and Medical report. Report on file in Clerks office. OLD BUSINESS: S.A.D. ongoing along with Bldg ( fire dept.) upgrade
NEW BUSINESS: Motion by McNenly to purchase 10 smoke detectors by the fire dept, supported by Baughman, motion passed
PUBLIC COMMENT: None, McNenly ask Chuck Snabes who was present, if he knew what year the S.A.D. for the dam on Au Sable lake was passed. Mr. Snabes replied he would find out that information and get back to him.
PAYMENT OF BILLS: Motion to pay the Bills by Baughman supported by McNenly all ayes, motion passed.
