VISITORS: County Commissioner Ron Vaughn, Absent. J.D. HOCK informed the Board of Fire Wall and Back up options, for the Twp. Computer.
SEXTONS REPORT: CLERK OR SEXTON, No burials to report.
LIBRARY REPORT: Diane Quillen, No Report
CLERKS REPORT: Larry Mc Nenly, Reported that general daily work was done, Twp had a computer crash , new Budget in place ,corrected Web page and !/4 lies and 941 s done
TREASURERS REPORT: Cindy Weingartz, Gave report. FIRE REPORT: CHIEF Rob View, Report on file in Clerks office. OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: Transfer-site resignation by Katelyn Baughnan , accepted and by Resolution 2019 – 4- 16, to appoint Kado Jackson to new manager , Motion made by Baughman , supported by View, roll call vote , ayes– McNenly , View , Czerniak , Weingartz , Baughman , No nays , Motion passed. Set dates for summer clean-up, June 1 – 2 – 3. Order port a-potties for Cemetery and hall for summer. Correction on new business to be made to include SAD and Fire Addition. Twp Brining- Pre Memorial and Pre 4th of July
