APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion by Weingartz supported by Baughman to approve , Motion passed
visitors – Roger Mayhew, County commissioner reported, county has two new hires ,Treasure and Administrator , looking for part time Bailiff. An appropriation Cap on budget , adding two new line items to save excessive amounts adding up in capital gains. Cyber insurance for County is $10121. Finally $5000 was Appropriated for Sheriffs Dept. for use on his vehicle
LIBRARY REPORT, Diane Quillen: Gave report
CLERKS REPORT: New AV ballot drop off box location , ordered and received 24 Veteran flag holders as well as picked up 22 dozen flags for cemetary.called First and straighend out their mistake
SEXTONS REPORT: One Burial , David Thayer

Fire Department Report, Chief Finley gave report, on file in Clerks office

New Business Board agreed to pay 1/3 of bill for repair ($626) after McNenly Made Motion , Baughman supported
