Approval of Previous Months Minutes: Motion by Baughman to approve supported by Gulvas vote was 4-0 to approve

OLD BUSINESS: Muni issue resolved , bill payed. Transfer issue tabled till January. meeting
New Business : Board member Czerniak read Resolution 2024-12-17A Meeting dates for 2025.Weingartz made motion to approve , Baughman supported , roll call vote was yes , Baughman -yes Czerniak- yes Gulvas -yes Weingartz with McNenly absent motion was adopted , Dr. Pierritte Dag and Jeff Dagg gave short presentation on internet connectivity for areas such as ours through federal grants.. Goodar Twp. is one of those areas. A Mark Fergusons proposal from T.C.A. is not ready at this point but will be in the future. It is a comparative bid to Par plans.
