Approval of Previous Months Minutes: Motion by Gulvas to approve supported by Baughman vote was 5-0 to approve
VISITORS: County Commissioner: no report.

Library Report: Given by Diane Quillen gave report
Clerks Report: General Work,preparing for November general election.
TREASURERS REPORT: Cindy Weingartz: gave report.
Fire Department Report,: Chief Finley: gave report, on file at Clerks office
OLD BUSINESS: None
New Business : Board member McNenly read Resolution 2024-8-20 at Meeting explaining cost to maintain Cemetery have increased and new Resolution would help defray the cost increase. A Motion was made by Weingartz to pass Resolution 2024-8-20 supported by Gulvas, a roll call vote was called for , Czerniak -yes, Weingartz-yes , Mcnenly -yes, Gulvas – yes , Baughman -yes resolution 2024-8-20 passed with 5 yes – 0 no

PAYMENT OF BILLS: Gulvas made motion with Mcnenly support to pay bills Motion passed

ADJOURNMENT: Weingartz made motion to adjourn, Baughman supported all ayes meeting adjourned at 7:54 PM
