CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Call to order at 7:30 PM

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion to accept by Baughman supported by Gulvas all ayes,
VISITORS: Eight were present Commissioner, Roger Mayhew reported that Lupton Fire will now be managed by Rose City, Hill Township along with Lupton.
LIBRARY REPORT: Diane Quillen: gave no report
CLERKS REPORT: General work along with report on August election , Logic testing date and time,Special meeting held on July 10 to discuss rate increases at Cemetery,and Tabulator has been repaired.
SEXTONS REPORT: Dennis Wheeler and Alberta Schrage Cremations.
TREASURERS REPORT: Weingartz Gave report
Fire Department Report: Chief Finley gave report, on file in Clerks office
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: Cemetery Maintenance, along with re- evaluation of rates was examined and a resolution will be forthcoming at the August 20 meeting so as to provide proper service at proper cost as maintenance cost have increased substantially. Engine 51 will be replaced as the Board, by roll; call vote voted to do so 5/0 – Mcnenly -yes, Czerniak-yes, Weingartz-yes, Gulvas -yes and Baughman -yes.

PAYMENT OF BILLS: Gulvas made motion Baughman supported all ayes motion passed
PUBLIC COMMENT: Brian Billeter ask if minutes were put on Web site, it was explained , only after approved the following month.
ADJOURNMENT: Baughman motioned to adjourn, Gulvas supported, meeting ended 8:19 PM
