CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Call to order at 7:30 PM

ADDITION TO AGENDA: Raising large bag prices to $3 at Transfer Station. Water conditioner for hall. Resolution 2023-9/19

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion to accept by Gulvas supported by Baughman all ayes, motion passed

VISITORS: County Commissioner Roger Mayhew:County in fiscal trouble , considering options for Jail. Rose Twp looking to access Marijuana place of business.

LIBRARY REPORT, Diane Quillen: Report given

CLERKS REPORT: Busy prepping for 2022 Audit, Transfer of 3 cemetery lots and general work

SEXTONS REPORT: No activity

TREASURERS REPORT, Cindy Weingartz: Gave report

Fire Department Report, Chief Finley gave report, on file in Clerks office

OLD BUSINESS: Salvage Yard. No update.

New Business; Transfer site increase : it was general consent by the Board to raise the large bag cost to $4.00 a bag with the rest of prices staying the same, McNenly making the motion . Baughman supporting all ayes . Motion passed. The issue of getting Hall water conditioner was raised by Weingartz. Motion by McNenly to accept bid by Town and Country. Supported by Gulvas .roll call vote :Ayes -McNenly ,Gulvas, Czerniak, Baughman,Weingartz , No Nays , Motion passed. Resolution 2023-9/19:Motion made by McNenly to pass , Weingartz supported, roll call vote , Ayes- McNenly Weingartz,Czerniak, Baughman and Gulvas , no Nays , motion passed
