CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Call to order at 7:30
ROLL CALL: Members Present: Supervisor- Tom Czerniak, Clerk- Larry McNenly, and Trustee-Dick Gulvas Trustee-Jay Baughman., Treasurer- Cindy Weingartz,
PUBLIC COMMENT: 7 visitors were in attendance. No comments were made.

APPROVAL OF LAST MONTHS MINUTES: Baughman, motion to accept last month’s minutes, Gulvas supported, all ayes, minutes accepted
VISITORS: County Commissioner No report. Ogemaw County Sheriff Gillbert stopped by to check to see if there was anything the Department could do for us.

SEXTONS REPORT: One Burial- Joyce Senko, One Cremation – Anna May Short
CLERKS REPORT: Larry McNenly reported on Maintenance of voting machines over at Klacking Township, Gravel for parking area should be here this week, work on emergency siren is on going
TREASURERS REPORT, Cindy Weingartz: Gave report
FIRE REPORT – Chief Charley Finley gave a report, on file in Clerks office
OLD BUSINESS: Board with Fire Chiefs blessing will drop issue of new addition of Fire Department
NEW BUSINESS: none
TABLED ITEMS: Still looking for good price on Township lawnmower
PAYMENT OF BILLS: Motion by Baughman, supported by Gulvas, all ayes, motion passed
