NEW BUSINESS: Resolution 2020-15-A  meeting dates for 2021, View made Motion Weingartz Second , Roll Call , Mcnenly ,View, Czerniak, Weingartz, Baughman ,All Ayes no nays , passed.Motion by View second by Weingartz , Alley Abandonment2020-15-B  All Ayes no nays motion  passed.By a Board vote of 3-2 Jay Baughman was appointed Trustee til 2022. Snow plow bid was awarded to Walter Gootee a 5-0 vote
PUBLIC COMMENT: Charlie Finley, need for 800 pagers
PAYMENT OF BILLS: Motion to pay the Bills by McNenly supported Baughman all ayes, motion passed.
