CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Call to order at 7:30 PM
ROLL CALL: TOM CZERNIAK.. LARRY MCNENLY,. CINDY WEINGARTZ ,DICK GULVAS, JAY BAUGHMAN

PUBLIC COMMENT: Diane Quillen complemented the Fire Dept . on the outside decorations. Their were 6 people present

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Baughman made motion , Gulvas supported , motion passed
VISITORS: Roger Mayhew, County commissioner reported Deer park Manager was let go ,CMU millage on August 26next year. New dog catcher to start soon,1 new Deputy to start and 2 new police cars have been added to fleet also road patrol to start up again
LIBRARY REPORT, Diane Quillen: Gave report
CLERKS REPORT: Slow month , activity wise ,Furnace problems fixed,worked worked on Accounts payable ,setting up for end of year
SEXTONS REPORT: One cremation and one full burial
TREASURERS REPORT : Cindy Weingartz Gave report
Fire Department Report, Chief Finley gave report, on file in Clerks office
OLD BUSINESS: Security Cameras for Township presentation was given by Trustee Jay Baughman, a Motion to purchase a 8 camera set-up was made by Baughman and supported by Gulvas , motion passed

PAYMENT OF BILLS: Motion by Gulvas supported by Baughman motion passed
PUBLIC COMMENT: Fire Chief commented on a statement made earlier by County Commissioner
