Addition to Agenda: vote on Resolution regarding Bass Lake Rd issue
Approval OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion by Baughman, Support by Gulvas all ayes motion passed

Clerks Report: W-2s &1099s done and mailed. 941 sales use tax filed. General work for month
TREASURERS REPORT, Cindy Weingartz: Gave report .
Fire Department Report, Charley Finley gave report: On file, Clerks office
New Business : Discussed upcoming 2025 budget. A Roll Cal vote was taken regarding the township presenting a resolution in favor of keeping open to the public Bass Lake Access , Baughman made the motion , Gulvas supported . Vote was 5-0 with Czerniak, Weingartz ,McNenly Baughman and Gulvas being Ayes .Resolution will be presented at February meeting
Old Business:Transfer fence
Public Comment: County Commissioner, Charles Wiltse gave an update on county business. Cost to operate Co. jail in first !/4 of 2024 was $767,480 after cutbacks cost in first1/4 of 2025 was 289,075.20. animal control had 15 applicants. Hiring 2 more officers for road patrol .

Payment of Bills: motion made by Baughman ,supported by Gulvas motion passed
