CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Call to order at 7:30 PM
ROLL CALL: TOM CZERNIAK. LARRY MCNENLY,. CINDY WEINGARTZ, DICK GULVAS, JAY BAUGHMAN

PUBLIC COMMENT: 4 Guest were present – No public comment

Addition to Agenda: Cemetery rates and mowing contract.– Spectrum upgrade to Fire Dept. as well as Township office
Approval of Previous Months Minutes: Motion by Baughman to approve supported by Gulvas vote was 5-0 to approve
VISITORS: County Commissioner: no report.– Sexton, Merritt Blackmore to give info and comparisons of rates at surrounding cemetery’s
Sextons Report: Clerk reported,1 Foundation installed
Library Report: Given by Diane Quillen, on file with Clerk no verbal report given
Clerks Report: General Work, August election taking most time from Clerk.
TREASURERS REPORT: Cindy Weingartz: Given
Fire Department Report,: Chief Finley: gave report, on file at Clerks office
OLD BUSINESS: None
New Business : Board member McNenly motioned for Contract For Cemetery mowing and spring as well as fall cleanup be ,awarded to Mr. James Allen , insurance on file . Baughman supported motion passed 5/0.Merritt Blackmore gave presentation and info packet to Board for Special meeting to be held on July 10 1:00 PM. Spectrum in process of splitting Fire and Twp phone lines as in Fire report. Motion by Weingartz supported by Gulvas to invest moneys thru Taxes through MBIA investments which would give higher yield, motion passed 5/0
