APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion to accept by Gulvas supported by Weingartz all ayes,
VISITORS: Four were present
LIBRARY REPORT: Diane Quillen: gave no report
CLERKS REPORT: General work along with a report on Mays election. Cemetery cleanup and mowing Along with Flags are up and ready for Memorial Day thanks to Mr. James Allen. .Township Clean-up Dates and Times.
SEXTONS REPORT: Dennis Wheeler Cremation
TREASURERS REPORT: Weingartz Gave a report
Fire Department Report: Chief Finley gave a report, on file in the clerk’s office
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: Cemetery Maintenance, along with re-evaluation of rates will be examined over the next two months to provide proper service at proper cost as maintenance costs have increased substantially
TABLED ITEMS: None
PAYMENT OF BILLS: McNenly made a motion Gulvas supported all ayes motions passed
PUBLIC COMMENT: Diane Quillen and Chief Finley Commented on how nice the cemetery looks.
