CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Call to order at 7:30 PM
ROLL CALL: TOM CZERNIAK. LARRY MCNENLY, CINDY WEINGARTZ, DICK GULVAS, JAY BAUGHMAN — ABSENT

PUBLIC COMMENT: 11 guests were present, Mr. Tim Dolehanty explained the Headly issue on the May ballot.
Agenda:
Addition to Agenda: Freightliner 6×6 sale and replacement.
Approval of Previous Month’s Minutes: The motion by Weingartz to approve supported by Gulvas vote was 4-0 to approve
VISITORS: County Commissioner: Gave report Splash Park opening in Rose City this May. The fiscal worth of Ogemaw County, 2023 and 2024. Bass Lake’s issue with the road commission is still ongoing.
Sextons Report: Clerk reported, no activity
Library Report: Given by Diane Quillen, on file with Clerk
Clerks Report: General work, May election taking most time from Clerk.
TREASURERS REPORT:Cindy Weingartz: Given
Fire Department Report, Chief Finley: gave a report, on file at the clerk’s office
OLD BUSINESS: None
New Business: The Fire Chief would like to look into selling Freightliner 6X6 as the expense for maintenance is very high and replace it with brush truck he has looked at. Board approved to look into it

PAYMENT OF BILLS: McNenly made a motion with Gulvas support to pay bills Motion passed
PUBLIC COMMENT: None
ADJOURNMENT: Mc Nenly made the motion to adjourn, Gulvas supported all ayes meeting adjourned at 8:01 PM
