VISITORS: None ,Fourteen were present. Comiissoner Roger Mayhew Gave report on up coming elections
LIBRARY REPORT, Diane Quillen: No report given
CLERKS REPORT: General work along with prepping for Primary election being held in Feburary ,taking up most of Clerks time.
SEXTONS REPORT: Constance Lee Sabrosky burial 1/26/2023 – Alan Fred Stevens burial 1/26/2024 — Amber Lynn Williams burial 2/9/2024
TREASURERS REPORT, Cindy Weingartz Gave report
Fire Department Report, Chief Finley gave report, on file in Clerks office
OLD BUSINESS: None
New Business; Fire Departrment would like to purchase picnic tables for outdoor pavilon ,as last year was discussed. A motion was made to approve not to exceed $2100 by McNenly , supported by Baughman all Ayes , motion passed

PAYMENT OF BILLS: McNenly made motion Baughman supported all ayes motion passed
PUBLIC COMMENT: An issue by those attending the meeting , about the Ogemaw Road Commission Having a meeting on Wednesday FEB. 28 at 9:00 AM at the Road commission about the future of the abandoned road , as for now owners of properties , whose land the road passes through are restricking travel.
