CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Call to order at 7:30 PM
ROLL CALL: TOM CZERNIAK. LARRY MCNENLY,. CINDY WEINGARTZ, DICK GULVAS, JAY BAUGHMAN

ADDITION TO AGENDA: Condition of hall after rental, raising the hall rent and a Lawnmower purchase
AGENDA:
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion to accept by Baughman supported by Gulvas after correction was made about Chief Finley’s title all ayes, motion passed
VISITORS: County Commissioner commented on County Jail getting new E-Mail, a new officer and a committees first meeting on opioids
LIBRARY REPORT, Diane Quillen: Gave Report
CLERKS REPORT: General Monthly work along with re-entering 17 months worth of info into Pontom after Windows 11 crashed
SEXTONS REPORT: No activity
TREASURERS REPORT: Cindy Weingartz: Gave report
Fire Department Report,: Chief Finley gave report, on file in Clerks office
OLD BUSINESS: Grants. Salvage Yard.
New Business; Purchase of Mower motion by McNenly , supported by Baughman vote was 5-0 for purchase, cost was $1000.A motion was made by Baughman to raise Hall rent from $100 to $200, Gulvas supported, roll call vote was McNenly – Czerniak – Weingartz – Gulvas – Baughman all yes, motion passed 5-0. Weingartz commented on poor condition of hall after weekend rental , Czerniak said he would talk to rental agent
