CALL TO ORDER &PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Call to order at 7:30 PM
ROLL CALL: TOM CZERNIAK. LARRY MCNENLY,. CINDY WEINGARTZ, DICK GULVAS, JAY BAUGHMAN

ADDITION TO AGENDA : Twp Parking lot maintenance. Re seed over septic area. Road Brining

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion to accept by Weingartz supported by Gulvas all ayes, motion passed
VISITORS: None
LIBRARY REPORT, Diane Quillen: No report
CLERKS REPORT: Special meeting was held after first of May to open bids on Cemetery cleanup and mowing, Fresh cut will contract it for 2023,Porta potties placed at township and Cemetery Allen to put flags on graves at Cemetery.
SEXTONS REPORT: There were 3 Burials and 1Cremation in April
TREASURERS REPORT, Cindy Weingartz: Gave report
Fire Department Report, Chief Finley gave report, on file in Clerks office
OLD BUSINESS: Addition, Grants
New Business; Special meeting date set for May 24,2023,6:30 for ademden on fire pay. Tanker 51 and Squad vehicles to be sold off. Mcnenly bid on snow mobile trailer was accepted by Board after motion by Gulvas supported by Weingartz- Road Brining to be done for Memorial day and Labor day. Clean up days to be June 3-4- 12PM-4PM. Tanker 51 and Squad vehicles to be sold. Czerniak commented on Siren. Clerk to check on gravel and topsoil cost Gottee to do work on parking lot, Czerniak to level out lawn area’

PUBLIC COMMENT: Brian Billeter made 3 comments – about revenues to township from Marijuana sales in county, What is and isn’t accepted at transfer site and why we don’t zoom our Special meetings, all good questions
