MEETING Minutes June 20, 2023 7:30PM

CALL TO ORDER &PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Call to order at 7:30 PM
ROLL CALL: TOM CZERNIAK. LARRY MCNENLY,. CINDY WEINGARTZ, DICK GULVAS , JAY BAUGHMAN

PUBLIC COMMENT: 9guest were present. MR. and Mrs. Robert Hutchens addressed the Board on the Ogemaw Historical Society, asking for our support.

AGENDA:
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion by Baughman, Support by Gulvas, all ayes motion passed
Visitors: County Commissioner Roger Mayhew , No comment
LIBRARY REPORT,Diane Quillen: Gavereport
SEXTONS REPORT, Clerk: Report on late Burial, information to be given at July Meeting
Clerks Report:Normal work load, 941 s done, UIA finished, Cemetery inquiries answered
TREASURERS REPORT, Cindy Weingartz: Gave report
Fire Department Report, Charley Finley gave report: On file, Clerks office
OLD BUSINESS: Addition, Salvage yard
New Business; Purchase of lawn mower for Township , as Fire Department , now cuts Townships Property. Tabled till later in year to find best price. Three bids on delivering Gravel for parking lot and soil for over septic were sought after. The 3 were Kattermans – Wilsons and Greens. Greens was the Cheapest.Motion by Gulvas , Supported by Baughman to accept Greens price , Board voted 5-0 to accept.
TABLED ITEMS: Addition – Lawn mower purchase
PAYMENT OF BILLS: Mcnenlymade motion, Gulvas supported all ayes, motion passed
PUBLIC COMMENT:None
ADJOURNMENT: Gulvas motioned to adjourn, Weingartz supported all ayes meeting ended 8:03 pm
