APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES: Motion by View to accept, August Special Meeting Minutes as well as the August Regular minutes supported by Baughman, all ayes, motion passed

SEXTONS REPORT: CLERK OR SEXTON: Clerk reported two burials and one Cremation
LIBRARY REPORT: Diane Quillen, none
CLERKS REPORT: Larry Mc Nenly, Clerks office reported general work. Also working on IRS foul up, as well as F.O.IA. from North Law, and extension on F-65 audit

FIRE REPORT: Rob View, Gave report, on file with Clerk
OLD BUSINESS: Tabled issues: SAD and Addition on going, no changes.
NEW BUSINESS: Motion by Baughman, supported by View to approve split of lot 60 for Henry Richman, the vote was 3-0 approving the split.
Public Comment: Charlie Finley Reported on a house bill to move all mental health from local to state control. a 2001 truck has become available, will talk to fire chief about purchase in future
PAYMENT OF BILLS: Motion by View Supported by Baughman all ayes motion passed
